ok but been applying for jobs for four months. i have rewritten my resume six times. i've done 23 phone screens and 11 final round interviews. i've been told i was 'overqualified,' 'not quite the right fit,' 'amazing but we went another direction.' i'm genuinely so tired. the job market right now is something that has to be experienced to be understood and i wouldn't wish it on anyone
