my flight was delayed and then cancelled and i spent six hours in an airport figuring out what the word 'rebooked' means in practice. the airline didn't know what it meant either. three different agents gave me three different seats on three different flights to eventually get me where i was going. i arrived six hours late. my checked bag arrived two days later. this was a low-cost airline. i'm connecting cause and effect
