the airline cancelled my flight with four hours notice and rerouted me through two additional cities adding six hours to my travel time. they sent an email. the email said 'we've made this change to better serve your travel needs.' that sentence is a lie. they didn't make this change to better serve my travel needs. they made this change because something happened with their operations. that's fine. please don't tell me it was for me lol
