the app required me to update before i could open it. the update took four minutes. the thing i needed to do inside the app now requires an additional verification step that didn't exist before. to complete the verification i had to go to my email. the email had expired. i requested a new one. the new one took six minutes. total time to accomplish a one-click task: eleven minutes. i'm fine
