The Police Department is Gangstalking, smearing, and harassing me everywhere I go. They’ve ruined my relationships of family and friends and smeared me to everyone I come across. I’m harassed online and threatened and harassed and gangstalked by everybody at the hospital and everywhere else I go in public. There’s no due process.Violating my civil and constitutional rights.
