the contractor gave me a quote in august. i approved it in august. it's now three months later and the work is sixty percent done and has been sixty percent done for five weeks. every time i reach out i get a date that passes without event. i have moved from frustrated to philosophical. this is apparently how home repair goes. i will have a sixty percent done project for as long as it takes
