the movie was two hours and forty minutes and not one minute of it was wasted and that almost never happens. the pacing was exactly right. the performances were doing something. by the third act i was completely inside it in the way a good movie takes you somewhere. came home and sat quietly for a while. looked up the director. already want to watch it again
