i went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready and they said it wasn't in the system. i had the confirmation text. i showed them the text. they said the system sometimes sends those prematurely. the text said 'your prescription is ready.' i'm looking at those words right now. 'your prescription is ready' was a lie the text sent me on behalf of the pharmacy
