my doctor told me to 'manage stress better' and billed me $300 for that recommendation. i have been thinking about the phrase 'manage stress better' since i left the office. it arrived without implementation details. i'm managing. i'm doing my best. the stress is about things that are actually stressful. i'm not sure what managing looks like beyond what i'm already doing but i'll think about it
