my parents are getting older and i don't know how to talk about it. it snuck up on me. they were the same my whole life and then i came home for christmas and noticed small things. my dad holding the railing on the stairs. my mom writing things down instead of remembering them. i don't know how to hold this yet. i'm not ready to hold this yet
