my landlord responded to my maintenance request by saying they'd send someone 'in the next few days.' that was eleven days ago. i followed up after six days. they said 'soon.' i followed up again at day ten. they said 'tomorrow.' tomorrow has passed. the maintenance request is still open. the problem is still there. i'm learning that 'soon' means something different to my landlord than it means to me
