pissed off doesn’t even cover it. Sent a killer project idea up the chain six months ago. Crickets. and now it’s somehow their “brilliant innovation” getting all this praise and shit. Like, you guys literally ignored my email! All those hours I wasted tweaking the pitch, stressing over details, and you didn’t even glance at it. Guess it’s easier to take someone else's idea and dress it up in a fancy report than to actually give a damn about the people doing the work. I’m invisibile here. It's all just bullshit politics at this point
