these award shows are freaking wild now. Instead of just handing out a best actor trophy, they make up some random “first ever” categories. Like best debut by a dog in a supporting role or something. It’s basically just a participation trophy at that point. the whole point of awards is to celebrate the best, right? If you’re not the best, just accepting a category so creators can act like everyone wins feels super weak.
