i just overheard this couple on the bus debating the new album drop like it’s geopolitics, and it’s infuriating. Like yeah, it’s great, but come on, it’s not a masterpiece. First listen felt kinda messy, right? There are some bangers for sure, but a few others just don’t hit the same. Broad strokes, people. this isn't Shakespeare. just listened to a podcast where the host casually shifted from discussing current events to hawking vitamins like it was the most normal thing ever. Like, dude, where’s the transition? One minute you’re spitting facts about politics, and the next you wanna sell me some "super greens?" I was just getting into it, and now I feel totally screwball. Is this where influencers are at now? It's like podcasting is just a long commercial. Went from "this should be in the news" to "buy my shit" in 2.5 seconds. pissed off doesn’t even cover it. Sent a killer project idea up the chain six months ago. Crickets. and now it’s somehow their “brilliant innovation” getting all this praise and shit. Like, you guys literally ignored my email! All those hours I wasted tweaking the pitch, stressing over details, and you didn’t even glance at it. Guess it’s easier to take someone else's idea and dress it up in a fancy report than to actually give a damn about the people doing the work. I’m invisibile here. It's all just bullshit politics at this point
